On September 20, 2023, the President of the Republic of Artsakh called for an extended session of the Security Council. During the meeting, it was emphasized that the response from international actors to the situation in Artsakh has been insufficient, with a lack of concrete actions. As a result, Artsakh is compelled to consider necessary measures, primarily focused on ensuring the physical safety of its population as the top priority.
